Turtle Rock Farm Bakery was born from a love of baking and a desire to share that love with others. What started as baking for family gatherings and friends slowly grew into something more as those around me encouraged me to turn my passion into a business.

I first discovered sourdough because of its incredible flavor and the health benefits it offers, but it quickly became so much more than that. Baking has become my therapy—a chance to slow down, create something with my hands, and bring joy to others through homemade food.

Today, every loaf of bread, batch of bagels, cinnamon roll, and seasonal treat is handcrafted in my home kitchen in Effingham, Illinois. I use quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and plenty of patience because I believe you can taste the difference that care makes.
